The Civil War Letters and Diary of Private Alfred Weedon – Cookie Night

 Jon Thompson is the great-great grandson of Alfred Weedon, a private in the 26th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Among his small collection of Civil War artifacts, he prizes most the 75 letters his ancestor wrote to his wife, Eliza during the war.  His presentation allows the audience to hold and read the actual letters.
